Aeonite (aka aeon) is Michael Fiegel, a writer and game designer best known as the creator of Ninja Burger and the Day of the Ninja. He is the founding member of aethereal FORGE, a loose coalition of artists and writers responsible collectively for Ninja Burger, Iconoclast and several other RPG projects including the critically acclaimed Hellas: Worlds of Sun & Stone, released in 2008, and Vox, released in 2009.

He was an early member of Fark.com and created many of that site's graphics during its fledgling years, including the logo. He is a sometime book reviewer for Slashdot.org, an editor on Wikipedia, and was a writer for Dragon Magazine up until their last print issue in September, 2007.

From 2002 to 2005 he was the Lead Columns Editor for RPG.net. He has written extensively for a variety of Role-Playing Game companies and websites, including Gamegrene (where he is co-editor) and R. Talsorian Games. He has also written for several MMOs, including Perpetual Entertainment's Gods & Heroes: Rome Rising and NCsoft's Aion: The Tower of Eternity and Aion: Assault on Balaurea, and supported En Masse Entertainment's TERA.

He is currently employed with Kixeye as a Quality Engineer/Community Manager. He is doing his best to publish his first novel, Blackbird: The Chronicles of Edison North.
