Character Creation and Dynamism

My crew and I spent a bunch of time this weekend working up our characters and learning more about the Hellas setting. Maybe we were just skipping over an important line or something but we couldn't figure out the cost of buying Dynamism abilities for new characters. Are they available to any character? Do you buy them with freebie points? Thanks in advance for any help.

Dynamism powers cost the same as regular skills and can be purchased just like normal skills.


Please post the characters when you’re done. I’d love to see them.
