OK, this is Just a Thought.
Since the GSAgenda book "includes" the d6 rules, why not make a version of d6 powers that IS a complete game which includes the d6 rules?? I know you
can get d6 adventure book and then add the rules from d6
powers; however, the success of the 3rd/4th
edition "Champions" book (which combined the Hero
system rules and "Champions" universe setting
background: One book-two parts), there might be some
call for something like that with d6 superheroes/ powers book.
There was a lot of fuss when Hero Games went to the
5th ed and 5th ed revised and changed the format to
two seperate books. This way, you could get d6 powers
"insert some cool name here" in one book. This might
open doors for people who do not want to do the GSA
book or the d6 adventure book for whatever reason. D6
Supers Universe or something. This would give you the
d6 rules (part one of the book) and then the "d6
powers" section (part two). Each would obviously be modified to compliment the other. I think following the earlier thought of a combined
Champions type of format could pay off. There is something attractive about this "all in one" book. Then, you could add expansion books thereafter..new powers, settings, equipment, etc....
