Sounds like fun
Here’s one
The players all receive a call from an odd man calling himself Mr. Winter. He knows everything there is to know about the characters and doesn’t seem to care about any dark secret they may have.
Mr. Winter has called the players together to form a team. Winter needs several items retrieve at all cost or as he tells them “ The world would soon come to an end”. He tells the players that if the being of indescribable power and evil called the adversary gets a hold of these items he will rule on earth for 1000 years.
The players will encounter a like team of super beings that are trying to acquire the items fro their master.
When all is said and done the players will find out they are pawns in a large game played by two Elohim with nothing better to do. The two Elohim will then try and dispose of both teams who will have to team up to survive.

I usually start off with small snippets (smaller than seeds... maybe seedlets)
For instance the only GSA game ive run so far involved an innocent ride on the El Train to work, however the players (normal people at the time, this works best as a backstory) find themselves slowly coming into the middle of a named hero vs a big bad guy (whichever, whatever just make sure theres ALOT of collateral damage)
the named hero whacks the big bad guy into the train, which knocks it off the tracks, the players black out and awake in some sort of plain grey rooms, laying on what appear to be High School biology tables (cold, black but feel wooden) slowly they start peicing together what must have happened to them (dont lead the players on, and DO NOT put them in the room with each other, keep them seperated)
let the players lead themselves through what must have happened, but slip in clues, for example one player in the scenario as i ran it found he had some sort of metallic patch implanted at the base of his neck (back of the neck) it feels sleek to the touch, but seems to pulse with its own energy, pulling it out would be quite painful, but currently the player feels no pain or discomfort
work on their emotions.
Another story i had, (in Heroes Unlimited) i'll post the story notes from in a seperate thread, as i generally kept fairly decent notes and peiced the story back together from that

A surge of energy strike a small town in Texas transforming a small group of ordinary teens into powers on par with some of the most powerful Elohim. The teens newfound powers are wildly out of control as they try and come to grips with vast cosmic forces its up to the hero groups to see they aren't used (or are depending on the motivations of the "heroes" ) They may wish to investigate this sudden Ka force/trigger and what's going on before its too late.
One of the teens may be driven mad by the power and even become a villain/criminal and whose to stop a mad teen with godlike powers?
A WW2 veteran, aged and dying asks the heroes to come to his bedside. When they arrive they witness something strange--his body breaks down into the form of an alien species that NO one knew existed before--its neither Chimeran nor Angelos nor Elohim. Just what was he, and why did he pretend to be human and fight and act as a hero for mere humans?
A mythic/religious artifact (Spear of Longonus, Nemean Lion Skin, Excalibur, Gram, etc) turns up in a musuem.) Someone sends a high tech army to try and take it all with an unmistakeable motif. When their master arrives he is somehow connected to the item in a truly powerful and unexpected way: Casca, Hercules, Arthur...and wants his item back...)
