If I’m correct you’re talking about the guy who has spikes on his skin that he can shoot out as projectile missiles?
Is that the guy you’re talking about?

Natural weaponry (allows him to perform brawl attacks with the quills)
Projectile weaponry (allows him to shoot the quills)
And Body Armor (to allow him to sue the quills as a type of armor.
The POWERS book has an elemental sheath called Spikes that allows the user to cover himself in a spiky carapace that can be used offensive and defensively
Don’t forget his skill with the skateboard:)

see, ive got to get back in to the mind set of this style of game... finally saw a darkness controll power (that one black october member)
its kinda like the Violet character, things are built around a concept power
i wouldnt have thought to use natural weapon as the base power...
or are you suggesting that those 3 powers be attached to some base power?

You can build the powers and have them all linked with some sort of activation roll or extra time to activate. A lot of different ways to build the concept.
Once you stop thinking about the power and more of the type of effect you want it gets easier and a lot more fun to model. Some are rally straight forward but others get a lot trickier.
At one game we all sat down and re-envisioned the player characters, but the twist was that no got to make their own character. Everyone got a random character to make and it was neat to see how they modeled that character.

You’re talking about Void
He was a cool character to create. His powers are typical of a lot of “shadow” guys who can flit from shadow to shadow.
Kinda of the Shroud meets Cloak amalgam
