Too bad that's way too far away for me... i wouldn't mind playing a good game.
Been waiting for the roomie to get one started but it seems to be a slow process. :p
Good luck! ;)

lol, i can only promise that it will be quite earth shattering..

basically im running with something i posted about a month or so ago, Attis probably knows what im referring to..

in any event, the game characters (im almost done with the 6th one) are all power level 4..

earth shattering.

an example of one of the characters main powers in the game, i used one of my characters from City of Heroes as the mold for this one, so i had to create a power that would more or less mimic his Kinetic power.. it was an interesting choice.

i started with Energy Absorption, added Ranged and the fuel enhancement (where it adds the bonus to a power. i added into this Enhancement (linked to energy absorption, added to that Selective Area

now its quite interesting what happens...

roll EA, get result, add that to Enhancements ranks, roll enhancement, add ranks to whatever (though via selective area it must be split out.)

another of my wacky ideas is a blaster i made

Ranged Power attack: Energy Blast +Incremental (can use up to the ranks of power, its a way of lessening the damage if need be), Double Range (in addition to its already further range :) ), + Area of Effect (with an limit on this that it takes Ka to activate this part)

i think you can do that..lmao

I have some non GODSEND Agenda character sheets that Im including for the POWERS book. Maybe Ill put it on the website for you. Its faily plain without all the trapping s of the GODSEND Agenda motif.

What programs are you fiddling with the sheet in?
I use a combination when I make the sheets. For sheets that I’m printing out and using at home I use Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Publisher. I modify the sheet and make it editable in Acrobat.
Knowing what program you are using may help. I could send you an editable file that you can manipulate for your own purposes.

currently i just use adobe photoshop CS, as it can directly load PDF's, it cant directly edit them as anything but a picture though, i do have Illustrator, and i do have ADobe Acrobat (version 5 though)

my schooling hasnt required indesign yet, so i have bought it..lol

Most of my files start as vector or vector like editable files. Photoshop is good but not for making character sheets.
Tell you what, I’ll send you the file as an editable AI (Illustrator) file. That way you can add your own background and art bit yourself. Then you can turn it into what ever format you want.

At the moment I’m working on a new version of the character sheet that’s full color and PDF editable. It’s the one I used at the conventions.

sounds cool, email it to me, but depending on size, you have a choice of email addresses..lol

if its over 30 megs, send it to james@jamesandjennifer.net

if not, then just use my comcast acocunt ( prophet118@comcast.net )

That’s the beauty of vector files; they’re really small.
Unlike their raster cousins you can make a really great piece of work and still have it only be 500k-2megs no mater what the physical size.

yeh... since a vector isnt really an image (via pixels) its just math

yeh im a digital art geek.... but in my defense, thats what im going to school for..lol

im kind of at a difficult crossroad here..

on the one hand, Attis said he'd send me the source file for the character sheet
on the other hand, its not like Attis HAS to do this, and i dont want to pester him :D

nice design to it, though i had thought it was going to be the illustrator files... no biggie, i can still play with this, i'll see what i can do, this time i wont have to worry about all the fiddly egyptian symbols (those were a pain to erase)
