A little power help please

I'm going to transfer my Mutants and Masterminds character over to GA but have a slight problem.
My character spins really fast (which is not a problem as I'll use spped and just descrbe it as spinning) my problem is you need to have level 10 in ot to be able togo up vertical surfaces.

To reduce the cost and allow my to finish off the character I was thinking of linking wall crawling to speed would this be acceptable under the rules?

Linking the two powers would work but I wouldn’t suggest it. I’d say just buy a few ranks of super speed and Wall-Crawling with the limitation only while using the Super Speed power. That would make Wall crawling cost 1 point that would save you two points.

I admit Super Speed is expensive but it offers the character a lot of benefits.

How many ranks of Super Speed were you thinking of taking?

Hi Attis,

I was thinking of no more then rank 7 as he has some throwing missile powers, single shot and area effect types all to do with his spinning ability. I was hoping to write something down today but real world (my daughter and wife both have flu) has taken up my time so hopefully in the next couple of days I can put something together.

I will try what you suggest and see how it comes out.

JT, It just occured to me. What race is your character?
If he is just human and not affiliated with USER he gets a bonus call Ka Focus specialization (found on page 113). That would make your Super Speed a bit cheaper
